The Comparison of Jury Trials will give the participant an understanding of the American Jury Trial system and Spanish Jury Trial system through the eyes of experienced judges and lawyers presenting overviews and demonstrations as to how parts of a jury trial would unfold.

The Mystery of Art Theft programme pulls together some of the interesting thefts and stolen art situations that have occurred along with a discussion of most important cases that were litigated. Our distinguished group of speakers will provide an interesting overview of world famous cases, the analysis of the international conventions and good practices, and the museums perspective.

The highlight of the programme is a private visit to the world famous Guggenheim Museum followed by an exclusive dinner party on Friday evening, May 9, 2008.
