Budapest will host the joint seminar of the Banking, Corporate, Financial Services, M&A and Foreign Investments Commissions on March 26-27, 2010.
The aim of the seminar is to look at the regulatory framework and developments which financial institutions and fund managers have to cope with post-crisis.
The speakers and commentators will also have a look at how the regulatory threats effect corporation and transaction finance, more specifically restructuring and occasionally recovery proceedings, where the relevant issues will be discussed from both the corporate and financing party (bank or private equity) sides by lawyers and finance industry professionals.
The event will be sponsored by host committee law firms, the Budapest Bar Association and supported by the Hungarian Venture Capital Association and AmCham Hungary via its Corporate Governance Committee.
We sincerely hope that you will join us and improve the success of the seminar while enjoying an event with lots to offer - both professionally and socially!
Budapest is an ideal place to host a conference at the end of March, since visitors can make full use of the coinciding Spring Festival, which is a traditional, annual cultural event of international interest.
